GREETINGS FROM THE CONFERENCE CHAIR

Hello NSBE Family,

I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. My name is Corey Bennett and I am serving as the 2020-2021 Region II Regional Leadership Conference Chairperson. Although things may look different this year and we can’t meet in person, it is our responsibility to continue NSBE’s mission. Let's continue to lead with the three C’s set forth by our Regional Chair- Favour Nerrise;  CONNECT with the community, COLLABORATE to strengthen relationships, and COMMUNICATE  to drive engagement!

The Regional Executive Board is excited to bring to you all the region's first virtual conference. RLC will take place on September 12th, from 10:00 AM to 7:20 PM EST. The theme of the conference is Leveraging the NSBE Ecosystem. Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to effectively navigate virtually, enhance your leadership skills, and interact with the Region II membership. My goal is for you to leave RLC a better leader and more motivated to make an everlasting impact on the community. We hope that you can take the knowledge acquired from the conference to empower your chapters' general body membership to excel academically and professionally.  This year will be a very memorable one for the HYPE Leaders of the MODEL region. I cannot wait to kick this year off this upcoming weekend!
